Blondie: The Rise to Fame

One of the artists that stands out as a music influencer is Debbie Harry. Debbie helped pave the way for female musicians from the start of her career in the 70’s to now. Meeting Debbie and Chris was such a thrill as I was turned on to Blondie as a youngster by my older sister.

Debbie Harry and Chris Stein were in the studio to promote Debbie’s solo album ‘Def, Dumb, and Blond’ before the show at The Channel nightclub in Boston later that night.
